I had the receipt and the customer service guy wanted to investigate since it had been opened. lmao. They wouldn’t return it and then tried to sell me the longer length more expensive wire on top of not returning it. Horrible Service!!!!!Officially a Home Depot Customer!!

I needed assistance with ceiling tiles. Went to CS so they could send someone. Called backup on loud speaker and they never showed. You'll notice across the store most employees are chitchatting, egging around or otherwise unconcerned with the presence of customers. If you interrupt to ask for assistance they look at you like an inconvenience. I think there is a major cultural and mindset issue with the employees at this location. Perhaps a lack of leadership too.
