The customer service at Lowe's in Arnold sucks. I hate being that person but with my extensive background in retail management and customer service, this was unexceptable. I understand that today is a beautiful day and eveyone is out running errands at Lowe's, but come on!
We bought a picnic table and had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to unlock it, let alone try amd load it. When we bought it the guy at the check out should have called for it to be unlocked from the cashier so our wait time could have been less. Then my husband went into Lowe's to have someone come out....he heard the call go over the PA. 15 minutes went by, no associate. A nice young man came by to check on us as walking by and said he would go in and get the manager......10 minutes went by......
Finially, the young guy and the manager came out to unlock the table and load it into the truck. The young guy apologized for the wait. The manager claimed she didn't hear the call. When my husband stated he did....
I just fustersting that we had to wait about a half hour to get someone to unlock the picnic
table for us!
