If There was a negative starts.
No one to be found in plumbing today or appliances. Workers walked by going somewhere along the back wall but all I got was "not my area". 45 mins and nothing. I Called The Home Depo while in Lowe's got the help I needed fast. Left disgusted and in amazement. Spent over 200 with My new Go to for parts and supplies The Home Depo in Arnold!!!!!!

Delays and Multiple Mistakes
We ordered a French door from Lowe’s back in May, and it’s now November and we still don’t have it installed. The first door came with the wrong swing direction, so it had to be sent back. We ordered a new one and had to take another day off work for the second install. When the replacement finally arrived, it was damaged, but we were willing to overlook it and even asked about a discount.
Then, when the installer went to put it in, we found out the door was too big and didn’t fit at all. Now we’re being told we have to start the entire process over again, reorder, wait for months, and take more time off work.
This has been an absolute nightmare. Six months, multiple mistakes, and no working door. I’ll never use Lowe’s again for any installation or custom order. Horrible experience from start to finish.
