I purchased a Maytag, MVW4505MW2, washing machine last Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. I have used it 4 times on various settings. It will not fill up with water. The water doesn't fill over the clothes, regardless of load size, before it starts agitating. Throughout the cycles the machine does not fill with enough water to cover the clothes. Once you turn on the lid locks, then you have to start again. When you start again it starts filling again but stops filling after a few seconds and starts agitating. It sounds like the agitation cycle is struggling. I called the Arnold, MO store twice. Their ai transfers me to appliances, the phone rings and disconnects. I need a replacement!

I went in to buy a drill kit, couple other things. I came accross a drill bit kit I didnt need but thought it was a good deal. Googled it and found instacart would grab it from the store zero mark ups and free delivery from this store for 5$ less. Ask the store if I could just price match and purchase it right now. Wouldn't price match instacart on their item. Not even a lot of money just irritated so I didnt buy it.

Well if I could give negative stars I would. We bought a sliding glass door in September. We did not get it installed till this past weekend. We were missing the lock. First red flag. Then I thought dirt was on the door but no it is damaged. Tried getting a new door they said sorry you did not advise in a timely manner. Well no more business at Lowes for us! Home Depot will have it all. Sad that I spent over 7000.00 there within the past year on decking, lights, and sliding door. I think they sold us a returned door with damage and missing lock.
Will not spend another dime at a Lowe's!

Update called the number and of course on hold forever. Disconnected. Never received a call back. Called them back finally and I was told to call Pella. LOL! So no help from the store that sold the defective merchandise. That is great again no help, no service, no more shopping at Lowes for me and my family. Acted like they were going to help but nope! Negative 100 stars.
