Beware of the protection plans. My husband and I purchased a beautiful Maytag washer and dryer in 2023, and purchased the three-year protection plan with it. Our washing machine stopped working in December of 2025, and as of February 2026, it still is not fixed. Assurant is using a third-party company that calls us at 8:30 PM, telling us they are near our home and want to come in late at night to fix our appliance. Personally, this is not safe, not professional, or ethical. I have spoken to this particular Lowe's location, Assurant, and the third-party company, and we still have not been able to find a solution. Ive been kind and patient, and, today, a man at Lowe's told me I should leave bad reviews to find justice. I would love my washing machine to be fixed, please.

I would usually say that my experience is amazing and I can always find what I need here. But today I was trying to exchange a closet bar that I bought that was too short for a project I started 4-5 months ago I didn't want my money back just a foot longer bar and sence I misplaced my receipt and it wasn't on my milliary my lowes account they won't exchange it. I shop there a lot and don't return a lot I think its ridiculous that they wouldn't work with me on this it was only 10$ if I were going to steal something it wouldn't be a closet bar. I going to bring my business to another place.
