I let the sales person, Charlie, know that we'd left the furniture store next door because the sales person had abandoned us. She seemed empathic and understanding. After giving a specific but not unreasonable criteria for what we were looking for, we were shown couches that didn't fit at all. Finally she showed us the perfect one. We were discussing deliver when she stated she was going to check out a customer and be right back to get everything set up. We didn't see her until 10+ minutes later when we walked past her in the parking lot standing by a customer's car. Sh didn't say anything until I said we were abandoned again. She gave a half hearted "sorry" with no offer for help. I would understand if the store was busy, but there was only 1 or 2 other customers. We were ready to buy and our kids were getting antsy. Very disappointing experience.
