Maggie was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. The experience was fantastic, very relaxed atmosphere. I will get my recliner in about 6-8 weeks, as I chose a different color fabric than was ready in stock, but the same price because it's one of the chair's fabric choices! I got the Maddox power recliner with headrest and lumbar support, I can't wait to enjoy it in my home! Thanks goes to Isaiah who was also kind. I had a blast trying the different pieces. I have the Pembroke couch at home that I bought in 2016, they stopped making it in 2018. I'm having the seat cushion foam replaced next week. I love La Z Boy and won't buy anything else.

I didn't feel pressured or steered toward making a decision and was patient when we needed to talk through the options. I would recommend Izaiah to any one thinking of a furniture purchase in there future.

The gentleman helping us was brand new to his job but went out of his way to make sure he gave me correct information. He had lots of support from another sales person and the woman at the main desk. They price matched for me and there was free delivery at that time. They all were personable, helpful, aiming to put the customer first. I bought a recliner that came in two large parts. The delivery guys were great, helping me by bringing my old chair down to the buildings large item pick up area. I really appreciate that.
