Transaction #325238708 $1027.53 after multiple trips for a walk in shower project. Lack of on hand merchandise. Finished project had six pieces of left over tile at $20 each. Attempted to return them to Stillwater store “we cannot take them here” besides you’re there days outside our return policy anyways. Called west Saint Paul. Absolutely we will not provide a refund per our policy. Big box store !

We had the best experience tonight at this Lowe's. The supervisor in Appliances, Tony, helped answer questions for us. We got a great deal, and 1:1 help on purchasing 3 LG appliances. This thrilled us to no end, because we were just about to give up, after trying to find consumer report well-rated dryers, washers and stoves to no avail at Menards, Best Buy and Home Depot. Items there were out of stock, and the customer service was nonexistent! But at Lowe's a couple of other sales people asked us if we needed help, and then Tony was phenomenal - very knowledgeable and helpful!!! We've never really shopped at Lowes, but we will definitely be returning!

I went into the carpet department and had a terrible experience with the assistant manager Dez and 3 of the other employees. One was Logan. I was looking for a clearance carpet at first and asked them to see if it’s in stock. They said no! Then I asked if they can look at another store, they called but they seemed annoyed that I asked them to call. There was a 50% deal off of select carpets and asked the manager Dez, and she told me I don’t know until I looked it in the system. Basically saying No, I don’t want to. Seemed to me very lazy and unmotivated behavior. Four employees just sitting there doing nothing btw. She also didn’t seem interested at all about selling the carpets. Didn’t ask about what I’m looking for or showing around the carpets they had. When I asked about installing and pricing, she still went on a whole long story how she doesn’t know how to calculate the price etc. like some on’ what are you getting paid to do then? Just 4 people sitting there and saying no, no, no to all the questions I had. I went to Home Depot and met the employee named Nancy there. Sweet old lady, but was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions. She actually knows how to sell, unlike the armatures and lazy staff at this Lowe’s. Save yourself the trip and go to Homedepot or the Stillwater Lowe’s. If I was the store manager I would invest in better staff and better managers that are actually knowledgeable and have the skill in sales to close deals. Maybe they saw I was brown and an Indian. Maybe that’s why they thought I wasn’t a serious buyer. Smh learn to sell man or leave the job.

-We purchased a refrigerator 9/5/25, which was delivered by Lowes on 9/9. -Within minutes of the delivery, we noticed the fridge was damaged/unusable (one of the doors didn't close) - We called Lowes, they apologized and scheduled an exchange. - The second fridge was delivered on 9/11. After we removed the plastic coating, we noticed a 1/4 inch flaw in the finish on the front door. - We called the store and they offered us either a second exchange OR a 20% refund to point of purchase (our credit card). - Since the flaw did not impact the function of the fridge, we covered itwith a magnet and requested the refund. We were told it was done and should show up on the card within a week. -When the refund did not appear 2 weeks later, we called again. We were again told it would be taken care of - Another 2 weeks passed with no refund. We called corporate and were told that the refund could ONLY be issued as a "gift card". When I said we didn't want a gift card and needed to look into the legality of this, we were told we only had 72 hours to make a decision and would then lose even the gift card. - The "appeasement manager" said he would not put any of this in writing or email me any information about this interaction or issue ****UPDATED**** We were able to resolve this matter with Lowe's corporate and I appreciate that they honored their original word. HOWEVER - The fact that two employees claiming to be managers at the St. Paul Lowe's flat out lied to us, probably just hoping we'd forget the whole thing- is still not okay. I was told by two different managers on two separate dates that they had run our credit card for a refund. According to the person we spoke to at corporate, this was never possible.
