You can move it all the way down but when you try to move it back up it goes not go up. I've tried applying wd 40, and messing with the line as well. Called Lowe's and basically they are just saying to contact the manufacturer which is disappointing. I definitely will not be buying a snowblower nor any outdoor equipment from here ever again.

Try and charge you for the repair and give it back to you just to have it fail the next time it snows and then no longer offer a return and will try and charge you the repair again. 👎 ***Edit- As you can see Lowe’s responded to this review and gave me a number to call bellow. That number connects you with a foreign person in their Lowe’s protection plan department that cannot help you with anything. Customer service at all time Lowe’s. Ha!
