I accepted his bid, he said he could do it in the coming week and he would call me to schedule. He asked if I wanted him to take the small tree right then, but since he said he could do them both within one week I said he could do both on the same day. That was a mistake, I never heard back from him despite my texts and phone calls. He seemed very nice and knowledgable about trees, but needs help with customer service. Poor response and/or follow through is unfortunately all too common in the tree service industry, I had to request bids from five companies to get one that was affordable and responsive.
