- JGJohn GrimmerJul 22, 20202.0I just can’t understand there hours of operation. Closed at 5:00 on weekdays, closes at 2:00 on Saturdays and not open on Sunday's. There hours are totally opposite for retail customers unless Hedberg is mostly for contractors.

First of all the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful to answer any questions regarding who might carry a product or offer a service that they do not. Second of all, some employees in the yard have disregarded respect for other peoples property. One employee was carrying steel edging and scraped the cab of the truck, then after firmly encouraging him to be more careful, when he turned around and the steel edging scraped the truck AGAIN. The Farmington location has been very kind, friendly and generous when stopping in. They have continued to refer our company, which is much appreciated! So thank you to the Farmington location, however I think Stillwater can improve on some things.

How do I create an online account?

Are all of your products available online?
Yes, the majority of our products are online. If you are looking for an item and cannot find it, you can add a note on your order when you check out or contact us.
What do I do if I cannot find what I'm looking for?
Please contact your local branch. If you are placing an order with other items, you can include a message to the branch with your order.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.
I placed an order and would like to know the status.
You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an Order Ready notification email, which will include instructions for picking up your order.
