I had seen their commercials on TV and new they could be rearranged and used in many different arrangements. We were greeted at the store and helped by a friendly guy named Jacob. He was very knowledgeable about the different products they carried and helped us design a couch that would fit in our space. Even after we received our Sactionals, Jacob allowed us to FaceTime him during the assembly to help us with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase.
