The person who originally signed me up didn't explain how their promotional deal worked and so my rent unexpectedly increased a couple of months into my storage time. Would just recommend clarifying promotional deals prior to commiting, which is probably good advice anyway. However he did not normally work at this facility. The front desk person is helpful and reasonable.
