She is truly exceptional and made the entire process seamless. Hana went above and beyond by making sure I had exactly the right type of unit reserved for my needs. She took the time to give me a thorough tour of the facility so I felt comfortable with the setup, and she even stepped in to help coordinate with the movers to get everything into storage efficiently. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made what is usually a stressful task so much easier. I can’t recommend working with her enough—if you're heading to this location, definitely ask for Hana!

He isn’t super tech savvy so he asked me to share how pleased he’s been with his experience. From the start, Hana treated him with patience, kindness, and respect, taking the time to clearly explain everything and make sure he felt comfortable. The facility is very clean, and easy to access which gives him peace of mind every time he visits. He especially appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. It’s not always easy finding places that provide both great service and a sense of security, but this location truly delivered. He’s very happy with his decision and would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a dependable and well-run storage facility.
