I understand that the storage business model is to get people in with deals and then drive up the price, but...Over just a couple years, my unit went up from $89 to $290. When I went in to ask them to renegotiate the rate...they approved a decreased rate, which was $285. So a 320% increase in just a few years. On top of that, my unit flooded because of their negligence. They allowed a wasp nest to form on their air conditioner, which flooded, causing gallons of water to drench and ruin many of my things. They refused to compensate me in any way. I would highly advise not using ExtraSpace storage, this location in particular.
