- AZAlex ZabojJan 6, 20265.0Dishwasher started leaking and called them up based on a professional reference and I’m glad I did. The owner himself came out. He was polite, efficient, and honest. He agreed with my thoughts and explained things in ways I’d understand. It was determined I needed a new dishwasher and he didn’t try and sell me one. If I need another repair I’m definitely calling these guys. Small. Local. Honest.

- SMSteve McRobertsDec 3, 20255.0I don't usually write reviews, but I need to set the record straight on my wife's (Deborah McRoberts) review, as bad reviews can have a huge impact on small local businesses. We have not been waiting 6 months. It has only been 2 1/2 months, and John has been out here several times trying to fix the dishwasher (without charging us anything, yet). It would be up to Whirlpool -- not Ollom's -- to replace the dishwasher. But, it makes more sense to try out a new controller first (and Deb has put a rush on this part). I've been buying all my appliances and service from Ollom's for 20 years. John (and his father before him) is honest, hard-working, dependable, and friendly. His mother, Deb, is always pleasant on the phone. Appliance repair can be a long frustrating experience, but I'm glad I can depend on Ollom's to help me get through it.

It was easy to get an appointment the guy came out and figured that I accidentally cut off my gas line for the dryer. Took about 5secs to complete a job and I was charged $100 . I was fine with that now I’ve been waiting close to a month to get my name updated and an email/mail receipt to get reimbursed through my insurance. I’ve called 3x and have been promised it will be done and guess what it has NOT BEEN done . The lady that answers is nonchalant and not concerned that I have not received the documentation that’s needed for me which is just a RECEIPT !! Pretty simple task that should take under a minute to do that she still refuses to do. Will NEVER do business or suggest anyone to get any service done with this company.TRASH and yes I’m pissed ‼️‼️
