Very unpleasant assistant store manager.. Excused my self while asking for her assistance and she walked past me.. so I followed behind her assuming she had not heard me and she ignored me even though I was respectful saying "Can you please help me"..
Put her somewhere in the back or not customer facing... Horrible experience.
Scale not low enough -10

Terrible customer service. Paid for same day delivery. It never came. No phone calls or text updates. The tracking through the website was unavailable.
It showed up the following day. So did an email with a 50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience. I paid 69 dollars and with actual money, NOT a gift card.
Called Corporate customer service and Anthony said that was there policy. I explained that I did not receive what I paid for and what he called an "appeasement" did not appease me. He called the store, spoke to a manager he referred to as Lori, and still refused to refund anything.
I will be following up with the BBB, my credit card company, and make sure everyone knows that this is how this organization chooses to operate.

Ali is the man! I came in looking for shepherds hook for my wife's birthday gift. She loves birds and we are working on our backyard. She is also pregnant and doesn't have much energy beyond enjoying the weather. I went inside and was immediately directed to Bay 1 for the product.
It wasnt there. Ali saw me looking at my phone and offered to help, stopping his task at hand. We went over together and he couldn't find it either. He called the manager despite my efforts to assure him it was ok. They found out they were still packed on a pallet. I thought that would be it. No, Ali got the forklift, grabbed the pallet and unloaded it to get my product.
Dude, 8:03AM on a Thursday. What an absolutely amazing worker. Ali and the manager deserve all the praise in the world. Thanks for going above and beyond!!

They don't answer their phone. Wasted half a day because both their website and online human chat said that they rent pickup trucks. They never answered their phone after waiting for 10 minutes of ringing after their robo phone tree to confirm availability. Online chat told me the only way to confirm availability was to go to the store. I went to the store and was told that they do not rent pickup trucks. Customer service is nonexistent.

I don’t write negative reviews with this much detail lightly, but this experience with Lowe’s was so consistently unacceptable that it needs to be documented.
We purchased a $2k+ Samsung All-in-One washer expecting a basic, functional experience. Instead, what followed was a 1-month-long mess of incompetence, damage, and zero accountability.
The first delivery resulted in a broken machine. Not slightly off. Broken. It rattled and failed almost immediately. When Samsung came out (and to their credit, their techs were excellent), they informed us the unit Lowe’s delivered was a returned machine. So Lowe’s knowingly sent a previously used unit as “new.” They fixed the machine as best as they could but notated it would continue to have issues as the shipping bolts were never removed upon installation and it was never calibrated properly- and it was not level. Therefore, they worked with Lowe's to order a new machine.
After weeks without a working washer, we were finally approved for a replacement from Lowe's. Which was a nightmare in itself.
The second delivery team was somehow worse. They spoke NO english (none) and knicked our stairs, walls and trim installing the machine. I have grace- because we've had that happen before and it's nothing paint can't fix.
However...
They did not properly install the washer, attempted to run it without calibration, and left protective tape still on the unit. They also left all packaging materials scattered across our property, which I then had to clean up myself. Those materials are now blowing into neighboring yards. We even found random plastic washer components thrown into our landscaping. I have PILES of their garbage in bags.
To make matters worse, improper installation led to water damage behind our baseboards.I notated they were standing in water in the laundry room and tried to ask about it- they pretended not to understand me. Unfortunately, water leaked behind our baseboard and we now have soggy baseboards. I have the water turned off. On a Friday. With kids home.
And I cannot get Lowe's back here to fix it.
At this point, this is no longer a delivery issue. This is a systemic failure in whoever Lowe’s contracts for logistics, quality control, and customer care.
We paid for a new appliance and professional installation. What we got was:
• A broken, previously returned unit
• Weeks without a working washer
• A second failed installation
• Property damage
• A yard full of debris
If Lowe’s cannot ensure that their third-party delivery teams are competent, trained, and accountable, they should not be offering installation services at all.
Even scarier, we were told (and recorded) that Kristen (store manager in Shakopee) told us that the delivery team was NOT the install team and another install person should have been with them. So our washer was set-up by goons-- not properly vetted and thus... we have significant water damage.
I am beyond frustrated and will not be purchasing appliances from Lowe’s again. And I'm sharing here so when others (no doubt!) experience the same issue, they can see they aren't alone.
I have videos of installers improperly installikng the machine.
I have photos of ALL the content (garbage) they left over our yard and home.
I have photos of the damaged machine (scratched and dented) and our walls (scratched.)
I have video and photo of our baseboards, which are flaking. It's taken SIX towels to clean up the amount of water left and there is STILL water under the machine.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
