Service from the customer service woman at the front was great!
The lady at the self checkout on the other hand was not great. I grabbed some house numbers and a two pack of deck lights to light up those numbers. The light rang up $16.48. well the display had the same lights (in a normal person's point of view) for $4.02. she responds with "If I scan them they are just going to scan at that other price($16.48)". I walk away from the point of sale at that time.
Steve then came over and scanned said product. He said the clearance ones were out of stock. Ok, but why continue to have the clearance sticker out with the new stock beneath it? He said he would go check. I then proceed to wait 10+ minutes with no response. I took out the lights from the box and looked at them side by side.
The first woman from customer service then went past me and was kind and positive again. She is the reason there are two stars in this review. Otherwise I will be going out of my way to go to Menards or home Depot from this point on.

The worker was so helpful with our fireplace needs and helped us pick out all the Stone, the mortar, the seal coating and he set us up with the Lowe's reward plan. Best of all, he loaded all of the heavy Stone and unloaded it into our trunk.

Good products but DO NOT sign up for their installations. Severe lack of organization unlike competitors. Actually quite surprised at how terrible the service was. The date they say an installation is scheduled is just merely a suggestion.
