The fellow who answered my call (apparently the owner) was so incredibly abrupt, inconsiderate, and lacking in foresight that it is genuinely mind-boggling that his establishment has such a high rating. He may be quite a talented furniture restorer or furniture repairer, but his personality is so intolerable that I wouldn't care if he was widely recognized as the very best in the world.
