Overall, it’s a great place to do laundry. I really do prefer it to my apartment building laundry room!
However, if you’re going to dispense dollar coins from your change machine, make sure your machines are equipped to take the dollar coins. This is the second time/ machine that won’t take dollar coins. Machine 16 and 18 I’ve struggled to get to take my dollar coins. Machine 16 ate one of the dollar coins. Regardless I’ll be back but being more mindful of which machines I use. I also witnessed a man trying to get ahold of Roseville laundry today and no one was picking up the phone. (The wash machine door was jammed shut after it finished the cycle and he couldn’t get his clothes out.) it’d be nice to know there is someone to always reach- the voicemail was full when he tried to call them.
Today, the pop machine’s card machine wasn’t working. Tried entering it into the card reader and Apple Pay. Still wouldn’t work.
Response to Roseville Laundry: if the machines are meant to reject counterfeit dollar coins, maybe you shouldn’t have counterfeit dollar coins in YOUR change machine that’s on site, when customers are putting in $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills to get change to use the machines when they don’t want to use their debit/ credit cards because you place a $10 hold every time we run our cards, even when some of the dryers (for example) only cost $2.75. Some banks take 5 business days to release those funds back to us and not all people can wait that long when they have families to feed, have bills, rent/ mortgages, etc. I’ve had so many people ask me when I’ve been there if I know why there is a $10 charge from you guys vs $4 for the wash machines, $2.75 for the dryers, etc.
Therefore, I elect to use dollar coins and quarters but now you’re still me they might be fake coming out of YOUR CHANGE MACHINE?! 😒🥺🫤

The laundromat is fl9oding with water and the phone number listed isn't picking up. Plus their voicemail box is full.
Bonus: they've increased their prices as well.
