We are extremely pleased with the service we received and can highly recommend this group! Communication was excellent. Prior to the cleaning, Nic came to our home to look at the nature of the cleaning necessary. He took careful notes. We were then provided with a detailed estimate. On the day of the cleaning, we were advised about the status of arrival of the crew, and they were exactly on time. They brought all of the cleaning gear necessary. They were there for several hours and did a great job! They sent an invoice after completion of the project via e-mail. We previously had tried a different cleaning service - The Maids blew them out of the water.
