Two weeks in a row they instead scheduled it to be picked up in store and we didn't get it. Finally cancelled the order and shopped somewhere else. Will never step foot into stir again

I wasn't sure what brand my bed was and couldn't remember when I purchased it. I called HOM Furniture and spoke with Corey. Corey was able to dig back in the records to find my purchase and was even able to find a headboard for the bed they no longer carry or make. Corey was very understanding and eager to help. I would buy from them again based on the service I received and the quality of the furniture.

Kate was our sales person and she was the best part of our experience at HOM. She is very friendly and professional. She gave us the attention we needed but did not hang over us as we tried the recliners. She took the time to learn a little about us and share a little about herself. Kate is an excellent representative for your company. We will return when looking for additional furniture.

We had lots of questions after looking at Consumer Report ratings and online info. Cynthia helped us navigate through all of it and put together a package that made sense for us. As much as we all love to shop online, the in-store experience can’t be matched especially with what you are going to sleep on every night. Highly recommend!
