- BRBrady RaphaelJun 3, 20211.0First the kiosk didn't have the right key blank, then it claimed they could cut them and send them in the mail. Fine, cool. Then I get an email later on stating they actually can't cut the key and I'll have to wait TEN DAYS for a refund. I was confused by this as my coworker was able to successfully order copies of the key in question (thankfully because it's a time sensitive problem), so I emailed them asking about it, just to get told they can't even get blanks for the keys, which is a bald faced lie because you can order 10 packs of them on Amazon because it's a key for the most common boom manufacturer in America. Don't even remotely recommend them unless you like overpaying for nothing. UPDATE 6/20/2021: Now they're refusing to remove my email from their system and email me twice a day asking how my keys are working out even though every time I click "they don't" and state the reason being because they never sent them.
