He's extremely knowledgeable in the mattress industry, not as a pushy salesman, but as a salesman who has done his research in what's best for a restful sleep for each couple. He shared the physics of our bodies and what's best for a healthy night's sleep. He taught me so much about my body than I've ever learned on my own.
