They are horrible!! $4000 and 2 weeks later my entire back and kidneys are killing me affecting my overall health and well being. I am in decent shape and have never had a problem with any furniture. This chair is like a 2x4 board with no padding and hits all the pressure points for extreme pain! I even tried a quilt over my $4000 recliner (which I shouldnt have to do for this ridiculous amount of money) but to no avail. 7 days is Schneidermans return policy and thats not long enough to know anything about how a chair will affect you. Luckily we have time to cancel my wife's chair to ease some of the stress of spending so much on garbage! But we will still be taken for $800 re-stocking fee on her order!!! DO NOT buy the sunrise model...JUNK! The one on display was fine. We spent a lot of time sitting in them and contemplating this kind of money for recliners. I did NOT get what I tested out!! I now own a brand new $4000 paper weight! Boooo!! Schneiderman's!! If they make this right I will amend review.
