Barb has decades of experience in the business and truly knows her stuff. Both of them were professional, helpful, and very, very pleasant to deal with. They worked very well together to coordinate our various product purchases and delivery. This isn’t our first experience with Schneiderman’s and every time has been a very positive experience!

She went out of her way to give us great customer service and help us get a fantastic couch! She was moving furniture around so we could get better ideas, giving great feedback on which fabrics would be best to have with our dogs, and at no point did she rush us or make us feel pressured to buy something that day. She laid out all of the options and was incredibly patient the entire way. I would highly recommend Schneidermans in Plymouth, and specifically working with Donna!

Chelle spent at least six hours with us on two different occasions to discuss our plans, listen to our ideas for each room, review and tryout furniture. The 3D layout using our build plans and the furniture that she selected is amazing and so beneficial for visualizing each room. There are so many decisions to make when building a home and this service was a relief. Also add that they offer delivery and setup for a flat fee for our lakehouse that’s two hours away from The Cities. Excited to see this all come together in a few months. Great store, service, and selection.
