Ordered an out of stock dishwasher from another location with a hose and then the Plymouth store got them in so I switched the order for pickup at the Plymouth location. They helped me load the unit and were very friendly. The hose was still set to be picked up at the other store but Allen (sorry if I misspelled your name) went out of his way to cancel the order at the other store and get me the same one from their store. He was very friendly and I appreciated the help!

I ordered a dishwasher online with installation. Five days later they canceled the installation because they needed a permit and five days after that they still can't schedule the installation. I've talk to three different people and had three versions of the story: waiting for the city, waiting for the county and waiting for the state. They called back to say they would follow up in two weeks, I canceled my order.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
