He explained the differences in quality between this piece and similar ones we had seen online and took the time to really educate us. He spent over an hour walking us through what to look for when purchasing furniture for our home, without ever feeling pushy. But from there not a bad experience at all. Eventually we found the table we liked. Then flagged down a sales guy. He told us about delivery options, warranty options . No pressure either way. Paid for our table and left in 20 minutes! White glove delivery on Wednesday.
