Max has a wealth of information on the comfort levels of the various mattresses and a lot of patience for allowing us to try multiple mattresses (and ask plenty of questions) before making a decision on which one to purchase. He seamlessly interacted with two other customers while we were there and never made us feel that we were being neglected. Fun fact, Max is a foodie,be sure to ask him for recommendations about the best places to eat in the area.
