However, he will threaten and demand full payment, plus late fees, and will sue you for the full month's rent, rather than abiding by his own contract terms about prorating. I removed my lock 45 minutes before the place opened because I was denied access to my unit to remove the lock. DO NOT ENTER A CONTRACT WITH THIS SCAMMER Charged me for rent after vacating the unit. Got aggressive with me after I gave notice that I was vacating, and when I called him out on illegal charges. Michael has anger issues and needs counseling.
