- MLMia Lott1 day ago2.0Not sure what happened or why but I had an electric dryer delivered. Paid 135 for delivery and installation only to be told they don’t install the vent, neither have what they know to be the proper vent according to my housing community(not public housing as the delivery guys assumed just affordable). They require the vent that doesn’t look like a slinky I’m sure it cost more which is why they don’t have it. I would have appreciated being told this information at time of purchase so I could make an informed decision versus being informed by the delivery guys. The dryer is running loudly like it’s ready to fall apart (they are sending a technician Saturday I’m within my 30 day time period thank God) and I will have to pay someone else to install proper venting. Long story short I could have spent less with Costco had a newer electric dryer and proper installation for one flat fee. Buyer be ware the fine print says they don’t install gas dryers mentions nothing about electric. Lesson learned buyer be aware, otherwise very expensive purchase for a used 2006 dryer.

Lately, We bought an induction stove from her at A FRACTION of the price from a box store! Before stopping at Menards, or Home Depot stop here-you won’t regret it. shop small, shop local
- EEEmilyNov 25, 20251.0Attempted to use their services for a repair. While the repair technician and staff were kind, communication was not transparent and timelines promised were not met. One month of back and forth which resulted with incomplete repairs. After one failed repair attempt I was assured they could meet quoted timelines with “certainty” then was ghosted until after those timelines passed. Unless you have ample time to waste and can ensure tests are actually completed before receiving a diagnosis, I would go elsewhere with my business. You’ll end up paying for a service you don’t actually receive.
