  We were looking at purchasing two loveseats for our living room. Went to Hom furniture in and Yvette M helped us out. Yvette was so helpful and knowledgeable. Never pushy and let us sit on the love seat for a while to see if we would really like it. Yvette showed us some fabric samples to see which one we liked best. Yvette was a fun easygoing sales associate that made our shopping experience fun and relaxing. We found the right love seats for our living room that are made in the USA and on sale.

  Jennifer was a great help in finding the right matress that would fit our needs. She was good at remembering us after we came back after a few weeks too. We ended up getting two twin xl matresses instead of a king to fit our needs. Jennifer was very helpful in presenting the pros and cons of separate matresses and was able to give lots of examples. She was also able to help us find what worked best for our budget as well.

  From the moment I walked into HOM Furniture, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The friendliness of the staff was consistent every time I visited, and I must give a great big thank you to Abram, Mark, and Trish for making my entire experience exceptional. I was furnishing a new townhome, which meant I needed quite a bit ~ two bedroom sets, a living room, and a small family room. Each of them was genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect pieces. Even after returning a few times before making my final decisions, I always felt welcomed and supported. Abram was the first person who helped me when I started shopping, and he immediately made a great impression with his friendliness and assistance. When he was off, Mark (sales manager) seamlessly picked up where Abram left off and patiently continued helping me with my selections. Once Mark and I had finalized the living and family room pieces, he introduced me to Trish, one of the store’s designers. Trish was wonderful ~ she helped me pull everything together by adding rugs and assisting with the selection of my bedroom sets. Thanks to their teamwork and guidance, what could have been a stressful process turned into a truly enjoyable one. My home looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything came together.

  We went in and puchased over $5,000 worth of furniture. 2 chairs and a couch. We were quoted for a delivery and set up fee and then when we went to check out it was $20 more. We questioned the sales woman and she said " does $20 really matter"? She also said that our chairs would be set up to our T.V. since they are bluetooth. The items came on the day that was scheduled and the older deliver guy was very nice and polite, but they didn't know how to hook up the chairs as we were told from our sales lady. The last problems are the stitching was/is coming (came this way and shown to delivery personal) out of one of the leather chairs and the bottom of the sofa covering has a tear in it. Not the $5000 quality we were hoping for. I know this stitching doesn't show to be a big deal, but at over $2000 per chair it should be better than this.

  We LOVED working with Jennifer for our mattress purchase! Hom in Oakdale was our first stop among many other stores when we started our mattress search and ultimately we went back and made our purchase with Jennifer. The process of picking out a new mattress can be pretty terrible when you’re indecisive like me and have sales people pressuring you, but Jennifer was not that at all and made the process extremely easy and relaxing! We didnt feel any pressure to rush our decision and she didn’t follow us around as we laid on every bed multiple times which we greatly appreciate. Testing out mattresses is kind of intimate so the last thing you want is a stranger staring at you while you get into all your sleep positions. However, Jennifer would check in on us and had a great amount of knowledge to answer the questions we had. We would definitely recommend working with her to our family and friends!
