Do not recommend buying a snowblower from this store. We purchased a $1,000 Ariens snowblower that stopped working in less than one minute. When we called to explain the issue, we were told they could not help us.

Ordered decking materials online. I received a scheduled delivery date a week away. The day before the scheduled delivery I got an email stating that my material would be onsite between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm the next day. I notified my contractor and made arrangements to receive the delivery and install the boards. Later the same day (5:30 pm) I check my email to find out that my order had been rescheduled over two weeks out. Called customer service (both local store and national) to find out what happened. Was told that I needed to be referred to the fulfillment department which of course no one was available. I understand things happen and it’s probably not a person that created this problem. I chalk it up to Lowes not having a system that is capable of being able to recognize a problem until it’s too late for the customer. I will not order online again. If it’s not in stock, I’ll go somewhere else.
