- WWW.B.Aug 22, 20225.0After renting from New Hope Storage for a little over 2 years, I moved my things up to Canada so I'd have them in my new home. When I was closing out my storage rental contract as well as when I went to clear out my storage unit, the staff at New Hope Storage was kind, respectful, informative, and helpful in both cases. I always found the inside of the storage facility to be clean and uncluttered. The loading/unloading bay for the building has a ramp for cars to drive up and into the loading area as well as a loading dock that supports loading for larger trucks and trailers (with a hydraulic ramp so there's no sudden drop off into the trailer bed). The indoor, climate controlled storage unit kept all of my things safe in the same condition they were in when I stored them and the locked, monitored facility made it so I didn't worry about potential thieves. I will DEFINITELY recommend New Hope Storage to friends and family living in the area if they ever need a storage rental.
