- SAShawn AndersenAug 4, 20251.0This place is not transparent about the extra fees they will bill you for at move-in. My move in costs were over double of the quote I was given online with a reservation. Their website also said that carts were available onsite to help move in and out of units, that’s not true, I here was nothing available and they gave me a unit in the back of the facility opposite of the entrance. Also, at their New Hope Storage location, there is a 20-30 degree steep ramp to drive into and out of the facility and it has no guardrails rails, it feels incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable driving out because there is no way to see in front of your vehicle. I do not recommend this storage facility or property manager.
