We decided to check it out since we walked by the store. We were blown away with the customer service and overall quality and options they offered. We decided to check out a couple others places but after one day knew we wanted the Lovesac couch. Special shoutout to Kayle & Jessica who really made the experience great and helped us out. We haven’t even gotten our couch yet and have recommended Lovesac. Very impressed!

I was first told I could not do my return in the store. The employees were not sure how to do the transaction but were able to get it done. I don’t like the fact that I can purchase from the store but a return is not to be done there (I was reminded of this afterwards). The visit to the store did not leave me with a good feeling, I felt as though I was a bother.
