  The price this place charges doesn't include the mandatory insurance, so my first impression was that I was going to end up paying more than I expected. It didn't get that much better from there. A couple of months ago, both doors broke. And they did nothing for weeks. I just couldn't access anything. I'm using this as a temporary solution, handling my own cargo because it's cheaper and more efficient than paying movers $265 an hour. That strategy requires reliable access to the storage unit, as I'm essentially moving an SUV load at a time. A couple months later, the price more than doubled all of the sudden. And then it happened again! The doors both broke, and they told us it would take a week before they'd even fix the entry door. This time we went on a Saturday so we could complain in person, and we got a month comped, except we still had to pay $26 for the mandatory insurance that had started out as $16. I've gotten all my stuff out and into the new house but in all this time they still haven't bothered fixing the back door. That's been a month now. Traffic going in and out of the same door at the same time can be pretty awkward. The bathrooms are always locked and there are no trash cans. But at least there are hundreds of reviews for this business where I would never see more than three other people at a time. If they spent less time making bot reviews and more time getting the basics down, I might've signed up again the next time I need a storage unit.

  Polite and helpful staff. The temperature control is beneficial for my storage needs. There are always plenty of flatbed carts to use. The facility is clean and well cared for.

  I am extremely concerned with the ongoing lack of access to this facility. I pay for 24/7 access, yet access is frequently unavailable due to recurring garage issues at the Industrial Boulevard location. Additionally, there are times when no staff is present to assist tenants in resolving these access problems. Today, they have a posted number to call for access to the garage but no one has answered anyone’s calls. This repeated inability to access a rented unit raises serious concerns regarding the facility’s failure to provide the services outlined in its rental agreement. Tenants should not be denied reasonable access to spaces they are actively paying for. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly and for consistent, reliable access to be restored moving forward.
