  Excellent facility with lots of loading docks, large carts makes moving things in/out easy. Outstanding customer service and overall business.

  I never thought in my life that I would ever post a review about a product and if I did that it would be about Self Storage, but this is a must. These folks at North Star are incredible. They have followed an age old formula of treating people with respect, compassion, and encouragement and combined it with a decent product at a fair price. Over the last 18 months since my situation made it necessary for me to seek out storage for all my life's belongings times have been hard but each month I stopped in to pay my rent and chat with Chuck or Tiffany I would come away encouraged and thankful. Good folks they are. I would recommend them to anyone and guarantee you will be satisfied. Joanne Deguire

  clean and totally secure, plus I've unfortunately been in a tough position financially and was still treated kindly during my tardy periods, which actually stands out more than anything in my mind.

  The two, old negative reviews posted here involve renters who became delinquent on their rent. Their units were secured pending resolution of their delinquent accounts. We value all of our good renters who pay their rents on time and those who are struggling. Out facility is a secure storage facility. Management, North Star Mini Storage
