  WEIRDEST Experience Ever! Took a desk to have the desktop leather replaced. Went over it with him on the phone then dropped off the desk. Went over it again. 4 weeks later I had heard nothing ,he won't answer the phone or messages. I go there and they are using the desk for carpet sample books. It is covered with dust , sample books and pens and pencils. No work had been done. NOTHING! His response was " the desk is maybe worth a couple thousand, it's not that big a deal" They were USING the desk. My friends and I then went and picked it up. The whole thing was like a Saturday Night Live Skit.

  Scheduled service and never showed up or called for an update. After calling them several times still nothing. Horrible.

  After about 10 years of using our couch it was still in great condition but I needed to have the 3 couch cushion foam & down inserts replaced as they had gone flat. I was very pleased with the quality, value, and professionalism that Niola funiture offered! I went to A1 Foam & Ackermans (quoted 2.5x what I paid at Niola for less comfortable cushions) and not only were both more expensive but I was not impressed with the quality of foam, the much longer turn around times, or professionalism. I am very pleased with my new cushions. I would highly recommend Niola Furniture and plan to use them for all my future needs! Great company and love supporting small business! Can’t recommend enough!
