There are dedicated Lovesac associates in the back corner of the store. Bri was absolutely fantastic. She talked us through all of the features we had researched online and explained how we could fully customize the Sactionals to meet our needs. We ended up falling in love with a specialty fabric that I hadn't seen mentioned online. Our new "forever" couch will be here in a few weeks and we cannot wait! Bri hooked us up with a holiday discount plus special financing, and she even gave my partner some Tylenol bc the florescent lights gave him a headache - such a super sweet and genuine salesperson. Thanks for all your help Bri!!
