Not with Dean’s crew. The same quality I saw in the design stage showed up with the people who did the work. When something in the plan didn’t make sense in real life, they proactively adjusted and used great judgment. Truly a design-build team. Very happy with both the quality of the work and the people.

They transformed my backyard from a sloped space overrun with weeds into a perfectly level sport court. They even figured out a way to use pavers as the base for the court so that I met requirements for permeable area in my yard. It was all done with precision, speed and courtesy. Dean might not be the low budget option, but he is likely to get it done right the first time, and made to last.
