They were prompt, neat and thorough. I initially hired them to clean my drier vent and the hot air vents that heat our home. After Troy arrived he inspected the vents (the drier vent was completely occluded - yuck!) but the hot air vents were a little dusty but didn't need cleaning so he cancelled that portion of the appointment saving us $$. Not only did he clean the drier vent but also the interior of the drier. To be clear, he didn't clean the drum (which didn't need cleaning) but he took the front panel off the drier and cleaned the internal workings of the drier. Significant lint had accumulated in this area over the years and probably was a fire risk. He was honest, reliable, thorough, and provided excellent service above and beyond what was expected!! I could not recommend him more highly.
