    I met ( His name is Bob)one of the best customer service Lowes stores have ever I seen in the last 12 years in Maple Grove Store. He shops with me like he shops his self and got me what I was looking for like ego lawnmower .talk Bob you stop in this location.Thanks Bob

    3/27/2026 updates. Lowes customer relations contacted me. Basically she called and asked about what happened, only to tell me that Lowes will deliver the grill on Saturday 3/28. This is what I responded to them via email. Thank you for calling me back. I’m very disappointed to learn that Lowe’s does not offer anything to customers to make up for the inconvenience caused by its services. Yes, Lowe’s will pick up the grill that was not assembled and deliver a new one that is assembled, but the inconvenience, the time lost, and the extra money spent to adjust our plans because of this poor service are not being acknowledged or valued. It’s clear that, as a consumer, I’m treated as just a number rather than a valued customer. I will not be spending my money at Lowe’s moving forward. * 3/23/2026 I purchased a grill that was supposed to come fully assembled and be delivered to my home. However, the grill arrived not fully assembled. We had planned a gathering at our home and expected to use the grill today, but that was not possible due to the condition in which it arrived. When I called the store, the only solution offered was to have the grill picked up and replaced with a fully assembled one on the next available delivery date, Saturday, 3/28/2026. I understand that mistakes can happen, and this would not have been a major issue if I didn’t have plans for today. Unfortunately, because of this situation, I had to go out and purchase another grill from a different store in order to proceed with our planned event. NOT a good service and very limited in offering solution to consumer. I will be purchasing at a different store.

    Fredrick in appliances at the Maple Grove store was very helpful in helping us select and arrange for installation of our new kitchen appliances. We originally contacted him in February but knew we couldn’t accept delivery until late March or early April. We left town early in this project but he kept in contact and made sure we got the best pricing possible on the appliances we selected. He worked with us from afar to get everything set up and ready for installation upon our return. Ask for him if you would like top notch customer service.

    Good evening, I just wanted to acknowledge an amazing experience I had working with Chad at this store. He was the most kind and helpful person I have EVER dealt with any any Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc. As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car. Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what any employee has Ever done for me. Thank you. -Ace Restoration
