    My complex return was handled with remarkable efficiency and smiles. The store's management and team processed everything with a rare, welcoming sense of 'family.' I truly value their staff with a special recognition for Gabriel (sp?..) .. if he's still there...he exemplifies, what I'm starting to see k throughout..a 'systemic' excellence—nice job, Lowe's! Lastly, the closing staff at Returns and the wonderful Lowe's management hierarchy on Friday, November 21st..were simply a joy to find. Thank you to everyone involved, and best wishes to you and your families.. :)

    Lowe’s Maple Grove has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took 3 visits to place our order and take our couple Thousand Dollar order because every time we went, the wrong people were working in the specific department. When we finally placed the order the told us 5-7 business days and our in stock items would be in and we could pickup. They made us have an installer come out to measure. The installer called us after he came by and gave us a quote of over $1,000, because of the seams. It seemed outrageous so we had another company come in to measure and they told us that was ridiculous and they are overcharging us. So we called back Lowe’s and told them what the other company said and he said he could make it less and knock off around $200 off. Well why weren’t we given that deal all Along? 2 weeks later they sent us an email stating that 1/2 our order was in, a week later we received another email stating our whole order was in! So we ripped up ALL OF OUR FLOORING and went in to pickup. Upon arrival the flooring wasn’t there and no one could tell us why or give us a date and no managers were there to talk to. So we left, and called the next day to figure out what to do from their. We have now called 4 separate times and days and asked for a manager or assistant manager to call us back so we could talk to SOMEONE about our order and every time we have called they take our information and tell us he will give us a call right back and now it’s been 4 days and we still haven’t talked with anyone. So here we sit, with an order in that should take 7 business days, absolutely NO FLOORING IN MY HOME, with my 3 young kids, dogs and cats, and NO IDEA when our flooring will come, and no one to talk to. Honestly wondering where my $ went because we have nothing that we paid for. If you pay for something, the company should be able to give you some sort of a update or should have someone to ask about your order. Forever a lost consumer, cancelling our Lowe’s card, and sending this to the BBB.

    Ordered carpet for two rooms in August 2025. Carpet for one room was installed quickly but somehow the other carpet was missing. A few weeks later, after not being able to find the carpet, they reordered the carpet. A few weeks later it came in and scheduled installation. Upon arrival of installer, they had the wrong carpet. Had to reorder carpet again, and a few weeks later it finally arrived and installed on Oct. 31. The order was placed on August 28th and over two months later finally installed. I had to take three days off of work instead of just one. Will Lowe's make it right, do they want my business? I guess not, here is $289 dollars for our screw ups, not even covering a half days work. I mean, I don't expect it to be free but come on. After all that we went through, they could have at least covered the second rooms carpet. I honestly would prefer to shop at Lowe's over other stores but this, this right here is the nail in the coffin. I am beyond furious and disappointed. This is totally unacceptable. Now I see why the parking lots are mostly empty.

    The worst experience ever at a home improvement store returning a lawnmower that fell really below expectations. Go to The Home Depot or Menards instead!

    Great store with knowledgeable staff, they are handy people as well so often can be a nice resource when trying to figure out a problem. Often has random stuff I need, but of course not everything, especially since they have an online warehouse as well.
