    My husband and I walked in looking for a very specific piece that would have probably taken us forever to find. When walking in past the paint section, an employee, Raffi, stopped us and asked if he could help us find anything. We showed him the piece we were looking for and he knew exactly which aisle, how many sections down, and about where it would be in that aisle. It was all the way across the store and he nailed it! We were in and out in 3min I think! We were so impressed!

    The staff for so helpful. I got what I needed and it was better than what I had envisioned. Highly recommend this place. And the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at the Lowe’s in Maple Grove thanks to Larry, the manager. He went way above and beyond to help me out—truly exceptional customer service. Even while he wasn’t feeling well, he still took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Super nice guy and a huge asset to the store. Thanks again, Larry!

    I ordered two boards that weren't in store. The saga follows: I got a notification that my item was there, when it wasn't, so I wasted a trip and received nothing for that, not even a coupon. Next, when my order did come in and I went to get it, only half was there, and the associate claimed someone had stolen the other half, which seemed crazy, because it was two boards, and if someone took one why wouldn't they take the other? That was obvious b.s. Lastly, I continued to get notifications that my order was ready for pickup for six weeks AFTER I had picked it up. Along with a charge on my credit card that showed up weekly as Pending, and then would disappear at the end of the week only to show up again the next week. I finally had to contact the store and waste MORE time informing them that I had, in fact, picked up the order. Throughout this, I received apologies, but no compensation at all for the fact that it took THREE trips to the store to pick up ONE order containing two boards. I simply will not purchase from Lowe's online again, nor even visit the Maple Grove store. Way too frustrating and too time consuming. All tolled, I probably put 4 hrs into this one online order between the extra trips and time on the phone and time standing in the store waiting for someone to figure it out.
