Good evening, I just wanted to acknowledge an amazing experience I had working with Chad at this store. He was the most kind and helpful person I have EVER dealt with any any Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc.
As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car.
Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what any employee has Ever done for me. Thank you.

I ordered online to pickup at the store.
I did get an email saying my item was ready to pick up. Just go to the store, Park in the pickup space and let them know you're there. Except that feature didn't work. It kept saying they can't find my order.
So I went inside. The employee couldn't get my order by pulling it up with the order barcode. But did find it with my phone number.
He brought it out to my truck. It was over 100 lbs, so he brought another helper, than to have me help.
That was very thoughtful!
Both employees were very kind and helpful. They took the time in our below freezing weather to look over my fridge (at my request), to be sure I wasn't bringing home one that was banged up. It was perfect. The two guys were so kind to make sure I was happy. They uncovered and recovered it with care!
The only complaint is their 48 hrs to file for a return. Or you're stuck with it. You need 72 hrs.
If you need help getting it off the truck, which I did. I'm working around the "helps" schedule.
Then you have to let the fridge stand upright for many hours (12+?), before you can plug it in.
And it can take 24 hrs to reach the correct temp. Mine did in 4 hrs. So that was lucky for me.
But to adjust the temp. Which I had to. The freezer needed to be colder, it says to wait 24 hrs in between each temperature change, allowing it to reach the settings.
Well, at that rate, I'm way past 48 hours. I was lucky that I made it under that window of time to know that my fridge was in proper working order. But I was stressful, just worrying about having a good fridge.
But be aware, if you get a lemon, you may not have the window of time to figure that out.
That's not cool Lowe's. You should give 72 hrs. No one should have stress worrying about your 48 hrs window.
I bought my LG 8 cf fridge at a good price. Lowe's had a great sale going on. For a smaller fridge, it's auto defrost! That's great, because they are also quieter. I'm very happy with it. I've only had it a few days. So I'm hoping it's a long lasting LG appliance.

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
