There always seems to be long lines (maybe due to older POS systems and manually entering items/sales) and more often than not, I am not accurately charged for my items, taking more time in the checkout process or having to go back in line. Also, when I've has questions, I have a hard time finding anyone around for help. The variety of items is great as well as sales, but the customer experience, specifically the check out, needs improvement.
