  Rented at Long lake for a couple years.. the unit was awesome much more room than you would find at allot of the competitors , clean and secure. it is in a great location and prices are fair. I have several storage units rented and this was the best one . Always liked it there it's quiet and was a straight forward self storage facility . The staff I've worked with I found to be understanding and compassionate if there were any issues and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you tonka storage !

  Been a great facility to store things and has been very convenient as far as location. I've found the staff to be great to work with and the have been very helpful and compassionate with me during a really difficult time which was what created the need for storage in the first place . It was the best unit I've rented before out of many at various facilities over the years and they price things fairly and don't jack your rates up like some of the bigger names in storage are notorious for . Overall it was a great experience and I wish I was able to keep my unit there but I moved out recently and it's hard finding anything that is comparable that meets my specific needs .   Rented from them for five years, when anything would break, they would ignore it and if you wanted it fixed. you were forced to do it yourself. Let water come from the unit next door and had to address it ourselves as well. they took no responsibility except for collecting money. No Stars!
