When I went to vacate at the end of my term, standing water was in the unit, damaging personal property. They did not try to rectify with a credit back for a month ir two rent, just said to file a claim through my own insurance company. then tried to continue billing me almost $100 per month when my contract had been fully paid for and I vacated prior to end of lease. Poor customer service all around.

I did have a problem with the lock system which is why I gave them a 4. But they have finally corrected the situation and it seems to be working great now.

We rented a unit that was perfect for our needs and budget. I am very pleased that we found Tonka Storage.

They do a poor job of plowing snow in the winter. Water runs in under the door and pools in the middle of my space. Took my business elsewhere and you should too. I see the owners have responded. The question is what are you going to do about the issues I've raised? Step up!!!
