  I went in once and walked around for 15 minutes and nobody greeted me. The second time I went in, I was greeted immediately and I was able to order what I wanted. Easy, pretty quick, and good communication once I ordered. Lovely store. Almost overwhelming in the decor. Prices are a up there, but it all seems to be very good quality.

  I looked around for an hour, saw a bookcase that would fit my narrow space, a chair, and some accessories. I saw another customer, I did not see any sales help. I took photos of the items and tags, but not sure I want to drive back there.

  Teressa spent time to get a feel for us. Then we talked room layout. A few days later she had a floor plan and a list of potential piece. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
