They provided free delivery of the furniture piece (a mattress) up to the room in our house where we wanted it (which would have cost extra with an online purchase). HOM Furniture had several versions of the mattress for us to try which was extremely helpful for making our choice. Staff were knowledgeable about the options and looked up information that was not readily available with a smile. Quick delivery time options too.

Michelle Dickinson helped me find the balance in all of those things. She was patient, not pushy. She was a great listener that was trying to understand exactly what I wanted, and took her time explaining to me what she thought that was. She showed me a variety of options and knew how to pair colors together for sofas, recliners, and counter stools to help me get the most value and utility. And I managed to stay within my budget. Highly recommend Michelle! Great job, and very friendly.
