- EJErin Johnson3 days ago1.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sale person was great which is why we purchased here. Pickup of items was horrible. One of the worst experiences ever. You have to call when you get there. I was told there was 4 customers in front of me. We watched them load up 7 different vehicles. I had to walk up onto the dock and ask where's my order as more people parked in front of the pick dock. Dock workers finally told someone who just pulled up to the dock to move. The pickup dock guys could have cared less about my stuff. Scraping wood couch feet across the cement dock causing damages. Slamming my new couch down on that same concrete, damaging the corner of the couch. Dock kid argued with us that he didn't do it, when we just watched it happen. We asked for a manager multiple times before someone else finally went to get one. Manager only offered to take $200 off for the damages to a $4000 flexsteel couch. Took another 20mins for a refund. Horrible customer service here and damages to your new purchases.

He was very helpful and informative of all products that we looked at. DOCK86 is clean, bright, and has a wonderful assortment of everything for the home furniture wise.

I checked today form the website and its states ETA is now 1/13/2026. I didn't get a call from Laurie informing me. Not very good customers service. will have second thoughts on shopping at Dock 86 again.

So the price on the tag is what you pay, then when you want to pay and buy an item, they don't even have the stuff in the store or any of the other stores, you gotta wait days to get whatever you bought, I will never ever. Shop. At dock 86 again it was a joke.

Staff were friendly but not pushy — my husband and I could wander around and chat without feeling bothered. When we were ready to talk, we worked with Scott. He was super easy to chat with, knew his stuff, and helped answer all our questions. The pieces we liked were in stock, and they even have weekly delivery options that fit our schedule. After visiting a few other furniture stores that day, this was hands down the best experience — and the prices were great too!
