- KBKaren BodinFeb 17, 20261.0We bought a very expensive leather sectional 6 years ago . This past weekend one of the sections was not working . Of the three buttons ( head back and legs ) only the head would move at all . I called customer care and was told that the insurance we had bought expired after 5 years . I was also told they did not have any furniture techs that would travel to our home which is 1 1/2 hours away from Duluth . They had been happy to deliver it here but now not service it . I was given a name I could try .. that person hung up on me .before i coukd speak probably not liking the area code I was then told the manager suggested they i switch out the motor with another section’s motor to diagnose the problem ourselves . I’ve had 3 surgeries this year so that isn’t an option plus I would probably end up with 2 sections not working . I called one of only 2 local furniture companies and was told they were not aware of anyone that woukd be able to fix it . So after only 6 years i have one section in a permanent fully reclined position with no way to fix it

The two men were very efficient, considerate and careful. They asked us questions and worked quickly and carefully. They were scrupulously neat and tidy. Pleasant and very polite. A great team. Couldn’t have received better service. Our sales associate was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
