We were on a mission to find a bedroom dresser and nightstands that would go with a beautiful bed headboard and footboard. She pointed out the differences between the 3 we picked out and the one that would compliment and bring out the best of the bed. All done quickly in a time crunch as we had to be somewhere else. We also were looking for art decor and didn't have time to select, but she gave us her card offering to further assist us. The next day a snowstorm came and over the phone with very little descriptions of 2 pictures she new exactly what we wanted. She arranged it so we could purchase both as no longer able to purchase online only in store. Thus having us stay safe at home and not missing out on these 2 special items. She knows Hom Funiture merchandise and how to bring together pieces you already own and how to add new. Always concerned about her customer.

My wife worked for one a decade ago and it was nothing but stress, sales quotas, and pushy, stressed out sales people. I came in to Hom a week ago to purchase something I saw online and while they didn't have it on site, they ordered it up and transferred in for next day pickup. Over the course of the transaction, I worked with 3 of the most wonderful, competent, and laid back folks I've had the opportunity to cross paths with in a retail environment. I left the store today actually looking forward to the next time I need something in the furniture/decor realm. Well done Hom, well done.
