However, before going we had spoken to a wonderful sales woman named Jerine over the phone. She was so helpful and made picking up the table we wanted seamless. When we met her in person she was simply lovely. She provided superior customer service. Thank you so much!

My husband and I are both in sales/retail and we really appreciate not feeling gross about sales people being annoying badgers. We did some shopping around and came back to see him the same night and made our purchase. Although one piece is going to be delayed he made sure that we were taken care of and we are not feeling any buyers remorse about our hefty purchase sort of on a whim last night.

Today was delivery day and it was a fantastic experience from the start they came in and asked my wife where and how she wanted everything setup. Of course there was a lot of fine tuning to get all the pieces set and spaced out, and these guys were so nice and helpful moving and adjusting everything. I noticed their truck was full of other stuff to be delivered but these guys took time as if we were their only customers… I couldn’t even begin to thank them enough.

The loveseat comes with a big L shaped tear in the seat. Called to have them replace it. Told it would take 3 more days. They come today with another chair, not the loveseat. Now it will be another 5 days minimum because it will be the weekend. I could have just picked it up myself but that would have been 2 weeks instead of 3 days for delivery. So now this loveseat has been sitting in my garage for a week. The delivery is through a 3rd party so the store has no clue whats actually going on. Horrible delivery service.
