They used utmost care to remove an overgrowth of heavy branches from an old massive Oak spanning several lots, while navigating congested roofs, landscaping, patio furniture, and a web of powerlines and string lights. They discovered my second tree didn’t need maintenance, which saved more money. Despite my usual dread due to cost and hassle, the fantastic people and great work made tree trimming a pleasant experience. Thank you!

He just needed a more work-motivated helper so he didn't have to do most of the work himself, and more help so the job could have been done in one day vs two. We have a tree that we love in our backyard but were concerned we would lose it due to a large limb showing some vulnerability. Bratt installed a cable and recently came out to inspect that cable to make sure it's still doing its job. Ian is the one who did the inspection; in addition to being knowledgeable and professional, he was thorough too. We were planning on doing some tree work in our yard this year and when Ian showed up, it was a no-brainer: We wanted to work with Ian and Bratt Tree Service again. We look forward to working with them again this spring.
