- SVSusan V3 days ago2.0Furniture is great but they never told me it’s a magnet for squirrels. They will use it to shorten their ever growing teeth. Unless you can have in enclosed area they will find it. All my neighbors have same problem.

I was surprised to learn that the patio unit I ordered opened at the top versus the front. My mistake. The BTY team was incredibly understanding and helpful in getting the proper unit ordered and delivered to my home at no extra charge. Truly great customer service. We also love the quality of the products - they really do stand up to Minnesota's harsh seasons. We are very pleased with all of our BTY purchases and would definitely recommend.
