PJ is incredibly hardworking and consistently goes above and beyond, whether it is assisting customers or maintaining the facility. Despite being busy, PJ always makes time to be helpful and professional. As someone with a busy schedule, I truly appreciate that PJ takes the time to personally remind me when my payments are due. While the app is excellent and contains all the necessary information, these reminders are a huge help to me. PJ was awesome, they really went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and confident how everything worked. They showed how much they cared by guiding us to our unit and picking up any loose trash that was on the way. We would definitely recommend this facility and staff.
